A Little About Myself

My focus over many years has been to help people with gaining a sense of how plants and trees are able to support us through all phases of living and then eventually at the threshold of passing.Trained as an end-of-life Soul Midwife, I aim to help people find acceptance, relaxation and readiness for whatever comes.I grow most of my own medicinal plants and enjoy creating remedies for self care and for the people around me.For over 35 years, I’ve guided others as a teacher and facilitator as well as offering healing 1-2-1 using a range of healing practices and natural gifts.I have practitioner level qualifications in;
Aromatherapy (Shirley Price School, 1988),
Shiatsu (Bristol School of Shiatsu 1991-94)
Soul Midwifery (End of life care, 2024)I have also ongoingly studied for many years as a herbalist with various teachers including:
Nathaniel Hughes (Intuitive School of Herbalism)
Jen Costa (Eldermoon School, US)
Sajah Popham (School of Evolutionary Herbalism).I am a natural psychic and have developed the ability to read the body energetically, perceiving peoples multidimensional bodies, their gifts and past lives and I pay particular attention to helping people with soul retrieval, ancestral healing and soul alignment.Plants always play a role in this work.I’m rooted in Cornwall, near Redruth, offering one-to-one and group support and am currently also offering Sensory plant medicine sessions at Community Roots.Please contact me at [email protected] if you feel I may be able to help you.
I occasionally support individuals nearing the end of life in partnership with Miriam Naccache, who brings years of experience from holistic palliative care and integrative healing practices. Together, we offer compassionate, personalized end-of-life care.I also offer one-to-one healing or teaching sessions, priced at £45–£60 for up to two hours, with concessions available.
