A Little About Myself
My focus over many years has been to help people with gaining a sense of how plants and trees are able to support us through all phases of living and then eventually at the threshold of passing.Trained as an end-of-life Soul Midwife, I aim to help people find acceptance, relaxation and readiness for whatever comes next..I grow most of my own medicinal plants and enjoy creating remedies for self care and for the people around me.For around 40 years, I have guided and held space for others as a teacher and facilitator as well as offering healing 1-2-1 using a range of healing practices and my natural gifts.I have practitioner level qualifications in;
Aromatherapy (Shirley Price School, 1988),
Shiatsu (Bristol School of Shiatsu 1991-94)
Soul Midwifery (Soul Midwife School, plus post diploma mentorship programme, 2024)I have also ongoingly studied for many years as a herbalist with various teachers including:

Kyle Denton (Dental Herbalism)As a natural psychic I have developed the ability to read the body energetically, perceiving peoples multidimensional nature, their gifts and past lives and I pay particular attention to helping people with soul retrieval, which often includes doing some ancestral healing and soul care and alignment.Plants always play a role in this work.I’m rooted in Cornwall, near to Redruth where I offer one-to-one healing sessions and run various plant medicine groups from my home.
